Warm Up

This is your go-to warm up. It's what I do for most of my sessions and what I get my clients to do. It takes you through a full body warm-up working through stretches, activation exercises, and the fundamentals before we take it up. If you have the time I recommend doing the full video. Equally, as you get used to it, you can take parts of the essentials and make your own. The idea is to prepare the body, some days you will need a longer warm-up, others shorter. Do what you need to feel good before taking it up.
