A warm-up tailored towards preparing your body for creating a strong and open pincha. I'll guide you through specific exercises to get you feeling good-to-go for taking it upside down.
In this module, we'll go through some conditioning and activation work to switch on and prepare the necessary muscles for creating our pincha.
